Sustainable logistics • Land development • Transport infrastructure

Better decisions for logistics and transport.

Polaris supports public-sector bodies, infrastructure providers and developers with the evidence, strategy and delivery support needed to plan and implement complex sustainable land and transport projects.

We work at the interface between logistics, policy, planning and delivery — helping clients reduce impacts, improve resilience, and unlock practical, fundable solutions.

Why logistics matters

Logistics is one of the few areas of transport planning where it is sometimes possible to reduce environmental and community impacts while also improving efficiency and resilience in supply chains.

When logistics is understood properly, however, there can be opportunities to remove waste, reduce unnecessary movements and improve outcomes for both operators and the wider public.
